Cindy McGhee, CPA Managing Director
Cindy brings the right mix of education, experience and enthusiasm to the firm. She holds a Master’s of Science degree in Accounting, and has been a practicing CPA for over 18 years. Her career began with Ernst & Young LLP, a “Big 4” accounting firm, which laid the foundation for her professionalism and work ethic throughout her career.
Cindy has been in private practice for nearly 11 years and attracted a clientele that ranges from Fortune 500 CEOs to NFL athletes to owners of local start-ups. Under her leadership the firm is one of the fastest growing in the area serving clients in 14 states and counting.
When not working she spends her time with her husband of 15 years, Dr. Jonathan McGhee and their two kids. She is generous to local charities and faith-based organizations, and can be found enjoying down-time with family and friends and reading a good book.
Christina Armstrong, MBA
Sr. Accountant
Christina is a Tulsa native and graduate of Booker T Washington High School. She holds a Master’s
Degree of Business Administration from Northeastern State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from The University of Tulsa.
Prior to joining the firm, Christina was an accomplished Senior Financial Analyst at a Fortune 500 company. Her keen problem-solving skills are an asset to our team.
When not working, you’ll find Christina getting her hands dirty with DIY projects — turning ordinary things from drab to fab — and engaging her community through volunteerism, by proxy of Tulsa’s graduate chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Alpha Chi Omega, of which she is a member.
Kelly Donohue, CPA Sr. Accountant
Kelly is a Tulsa native and proud graduate of Oklahoma State University. She earned her Master’s of Science degree in Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience. Kelly began her career in public accounting and held subsequent positions in industry giving her a wide variety of industries and relevant experience.
When not working, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband Darius and their family. She volunteers frequently at the kids’ schools and her sons Troop with the Boys Scouts of America. In her down time she can be found going to movies with family and enjoying her kids sports and gymnastics activities.
Sedalia Parker, CPA Staff Accountant
Sedalia is a recent graduate from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK. She holds a Master’s of Science in Accounting and successfully completed all 4 parts of the CPA exam in the spring of 2019. Sedalia started as an intern with the firm and our sister company M&M Consulting Partners. As a recurring summer intern she assisted on accounting projects for over three years including auditing for-profit companies and closely-held for-profit companies.
When not working she is active in the community and can be found enjoying Caribbean food, listening to Beyoncé, and watching movies.
